Rosie purchased a 2-bedroom apartment in Lucy Street, Old Trafford, just a short walk from Manchester City Centre.
“I’ve been wanting to buy my own home for a long time now, but until I heard about the Shared Ownership scheme with Help to Buy, I thought I’d never be able to do it on my own”.

“I wasn’t disappointed when I got inside the property either – it had a great layout, had two big bedrooms, sleek integrated appliances, amazing storage spaces around the apartment, and the gorgeous Juliette balcony was an unexpected bonus too! I fell in love with the apartment straight away, and I had reserved it within a week”.
