Help to Buy


Laurus Homes offer new build homes with the Help to Buy Equity Loan scheme, which allows you to buy with just a 5% deposit and smaller mortgage.  

The government lends you up to 20% of the value of a newly built property, which you won’t pay fees on for the first five years, and you fund the remaining 75% with a regular mortgage.

Shared Ownership

This is a government-backed scheme that allows first time buyers to purchase a share of a property (between 25% - 75%) with a mortgage and pay an affordable rent on the remaining value. Over time, you have the opportunity purchase additional shares of the property and
