Set in a prime location at the foot of the Ribble Valley in Lancashire, this area is well known for its outstanding natural beauty and scenic walks.
We’ve already worked closely with the local community, investing £45,000 into the local highway infrastructure, including widening an existing route past Whalley Manor and creating a slip road that will form part of the entrance into the site.
We’re investing a further £99,752.31 in local leisure facilities as well as £899,655.71 in local primary and secondary schools to support careers education and linked curriculum development.
On top of this, we believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay, so we only hire contractors who are Living Wage accredited.
