We’ve already worked closely with the local community, investing £45,000 into the local highway infrastructure, including widening an existing route past Whalley Manor and creating a slip road that will form part of the entrance into the site.
We’re investing a further £99,752.31 in local leisure facilities as well as £899,655.71 in local primary and secondary schools to support careers education and linked curriculum development.
On top of this, we believe a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay, so we only hire contractors who are Living Wage accredited.
