We're delighted to announce that we will deliver 18 new family homes, which will be a mix of three and four-bedroom houses, at Hatters Park in Daresbury.
Aimed at local families who want to take advantage of the schools and other family-friendly amenities in this area, the development which we’ve called “Hatters Park” in honour of the author of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll, who was from the area – benefits from a good location, as it is a ten-minute drive to Daresbury village.
The properties themselves will feature off-road parking, gardens and en-suite bathrooms as standard, with some also having bi-fold doors fitted. Help to Buy will also be available for first-time buyers and other applicable purchasers.
We see Laurus Homes role as more than simply a developer, we have a wider responsibility to create places where people want to live and strive to build sustainable communities.
This is now the second development we have announced in Cheshire and these homes are expected to be completed by July 2018.
Profits from this development will be used to help fund future affordable housing and community projects that we commission.
