How it works

  

We understand that you will want to treat your new home with the care it requires. This is why we provide all of our customers with a detailed home user guide to help you get used to your new home. This guide contains lots of useful information to help you settle in to your new Laurus home and solve any of the minor queries you may have.

We recognise, that on occasions, as with any hand-built product, issues may arise. Whilst we hope they don’t, we are committed to putting things right and addressing any reasonable concerns or issues you may have as quickly as possible.
