The launch of a new housing development from Laurus Homes has taken a major step forward with the opening of a new sales centre.
Giantswood Grove, on Manchester Road in Congleton, will see 94 new two, three, four and five-bedroom homes built, with a range of options to buy including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.

Visitors to the sales centre will be amongst the first to have the chance to reserve a new property, and to mark the launch Laurus is holding a special opening event on Thursday 12th March 2020. Open between 4.00pm – 7.00pm, prospective home buyers will be able to meet dedicated Sales Advisor Adam O’Callaghan, and discover more about the different styles of homes available.
