L&Q and Lovell were thrilled to host an evening event for key members of the local community last month, ahead of the official relaunch of the Whalley Manor development on Saturday 17th February.
An informal evening offering the chance to explore the development and view the brand-new four-bedroom show home, guests also had the opportunity to speak to the teams from L&Q and Lovell, who are delivering the scheme in partnership.
With fantastic canapes supplied by renowned local caterer Breda Murphy Food Services alongside drinks from the Whalley Wine Shop, the evening was a fantastic way to further build on the strong relationships already formed with local councillors and community groups, including Whalley in Bloom and The Old Grammar School. Both organisations, alongside the Whalley Cricket Club, were recipients of the Community Fund last year, which awarded grants to projects and initiatives that benefit the local community.
Just two days later, prospective buyers were queuing outside the Whalley Manor Sales Suite – each looking to take advantage of the two exclusive offers that ran across the relaunch weekend.
A picturesque development meticulously designed to be in-keeping with the local community, Whalley Manor, Whalley, offers a unique opportunity for homebuyers in the North West. Being delivered by L&Q and Lovell, this 117-home scheme sees generously sized two- to five- bedroom homes set around an astonishing 10 acres of open public space.
Ben Townsend, New Business Director for L&Q NW comments; “We’re really proud to deliver new homes in Whalley that meet the needs of the whole community, with a high-quality design informed by the Lancashire vernacular and large amounts of open space.”
