Any promoted Laurus offer is subject to contract and status. Offers are on selected plots only and are subject to availability. The offers advertised cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer on the same plot unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and details are correct at time of going to press. Laurus reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 6 weeks of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

Laurus Homes - £1,000 (inc VAT) Legal Fees Offer, Terms and Conditions.1. The promotor of this offer is Laurus Homes, the trading name of THT Developments Ltd, Sale Point, 126 – 150 Washway Road, Sale, M33 6AG.
2. This offer applies to selected plots only, subject to status and availability. Laurus Homes reserves the right to modify and withdraw this offer at any time without notice. Contact a Laurus representative to confirm if this offer is available on the plot you are interested in.
3. Recommended Solicitors must be used in order to qualify.
4. Contract must exchange within 6 weeks of reservation for the incentive to be withheld. Failure to exchange will result in incentive being removed and lender being informed.
5. This offer is valid from 1st July 2019 – 31st August 2019 only on selected properties within the ‘Hatters Park’ development.
6. Please inform your sales advisor if you intend to participate in the offer and this will be applied to your completion statement.
7. This specific offer is as follows; Laurus Homes will deduct £1,000 inc VAT from the final completion total owed on the specific plot, for this £1,000 inc VAT to be repurposed towards legal fees.
8. Purchaser’s intention to take advantage of this offer must be disclosed at the time of reserving a property before any other discount is applied and recorded on the Reservation Form.
9. Buy to let properties are excluded from this offer.
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Laurus Homes offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. This offer is not available in any alternative formats and is not available in cash to the purchaser.
12. The offer can be redeemed upon completion of the deposit payment, at which point, £1000 inc VAT will be deducted from the completion statement.
