What are the options and upgrades?
Options and upgrades are two different ways that you can personalise your new home. Options are the choices of wall tiles, kitchen colours and worktops that are available as part of our Signature Collection. These give you the chance to customise the look and feel of your kitchen and bathroom before you’ve even moved in, with no DIY required.
Upgrades, meanwhile, are the choices available to increase the specification and add personal touches. They include different styles of kitchens, worktops, wall tiles, flooring and fitted wardrobes within our Inspired and Platinum Collections.
What upgrade ranges are available?
All of our Laurus homes are built to high standards with our Signature Collection offering beautiful fixtures and fittings in the kitchens and bathrooms, from Zanussi ovens, integrated fridge-freezers and dishwashers to heated towel rails.
But if you want to personalise your new home before it is finished, you can upgrade to our Inspired or Platinum Collections, which offer additional choices in terms of worktops, colour schemes, handles and more, to help you get your home looking just the way you want it before you even pick up your keys.
How does it work?
Options and upgrades** are available on open market purchases reserved off-plan subject to the build status of your plot, because these are the homes that are yet to be completed, giving you the opportunity to have more of a say in the fixtures and fittings. This is one of the key reasons why buying off-plan can be a great option.
If you are buying off-plan from us, you have until the roof is complete to make your option and upgrade choices and you can talk to the knowledgeable and experienced Sales Advisors at each of our developments to find out what is available and how this can work for you.
